Details of Scheme:WB SC ST Pre Matric Scholarship 2022 - The main objective of this scheme is to support parents of SC & ST children for education of their wards studying in Classes IX and X so that the incident of drop out, especially in the transition from the elementary to secondary stage is minimised and to improve participation of SC & ST Children in Class 9th & 10th of the Pre-Matric Stage so that perform better and have a better chance of progressing to the Post Metric stage of Education.
Under This Scheme each eligible student whose parents / Guardians income does not exceed Rs. Two Lakhs (Rs.2 Lakh) Par Annual is paid through respective Bank account in the following manner.   

WB OBC Post Metric Scholarship 2022 - The objective of this scheme is to provide financial assistance to OBC Students studying at Post Secondary Stages of Education to enable them to complete their education. This scheme has been implemented in this state from the financial year 2003.

The Scholarship is given for study of various recognised Post Secondary courses pursued in recognised educational institutions. Same procedure for payment of Post Metric scholarship to SC / ST student is followed. There is a ceiling of Family Income of Rs. 1 Lakhs per Annual.

WB SC ST Post Metric Scholarship 2022 - The Objective of the Scheme is to provide financial assistance to the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe students studying at Post Matriculation or Post Secondary stage to enable them to complete their education. The income ceiling of parents / Guardian has recently been enhanced from Rs.2 Lakhs per Annual to Rs.2.5 Laks per annual.
The Government of India bears the entire expenditure beyond the committed liability which is to be borne by the State Government. The committee liability of the State Government is equal to the sum total of expenditure incurred during the closing year of the last plan period.
The Scholarship is given for study of various recognised Post Secondary Courses pursued in recognised educational institution. Since the maintenance allowances for different courses widely, the same have been grouped into 4 categories and shown below.

Details of eligible Course:

• For Pre Metric Scholarship - Class IX & X (9th & 10th).
• For Post Metric Scholarship - Group I, Group II, Group III, Group IV.
• Group I  Degree / Diploma Level Course - Medical / Engineering / B.Sc (Agri) / M.Phil / P.Hd / LLM.
• Group II Graduate & Post Graduate Level Degree / Diploma Courses - B.Pharm / B.Sc Nursing / L.L.B / Hotel Management / Post Graduate Courses etc.
• Group III General Graduate Level Course - BA / B.Sc / B.Com
• Group IV Class XI & XII - for Class 10th & 12th Students (Arts / Science / Commerce / Vocational etc. )

Online Process for Renewal Applications:

1. Students required to visit on official portal of Online Application For Scholarship in Studies (OASIS) - www.oasis.gov.in
2. Then Click on Renew Your Application for 2022.
3. Choose the Concerned District where The Institution is situated.
4. Log in with Register User ID & Password at Last Academic Year.
5. Enter showing Code verify & Click on Log in.
6. Verify you Details clicking on Step  Details menu that you have entered last academic year.
7. Click on Step 2 Renew Application menu for enter few information on current academic session of study.Click on Renew & Lock Application button then download the filled in application from by click on Step 3 Print Application Menu & Submit the printed copy of your filled in application form the concerned Block / Municipality as instructed into last page of your application form after certified the same from different authority as mentioned into the application form.
8. Click on Download Application Form & Print out.
