Priyamvada Birla Scholarship:

In every years from 2022 The Madav Prasad Birla Charitable Trust offering Financial Assistant for Brilliant & Economically Poor Candidates of West Bengal. This Effort will be give the Students Undertaking UG (Undergraduate) Course in any Discipline in West Bengal. Selected Students will be given Amount of Rs.24000/ per Years for Course Fee, Tuition Fee etc.

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification - Students must be required to Passed Higher Secondary (12th) / IB / ISC / AISSCE from any State Board or Council.
Current Course - Applicant must be Required to Admission in Full Time Degree Course (Graduation) in General Discipline (B.A / B.Sc / B.Com ) or Professional Course (BBA, BCA, LLB etc) or Engineering Course( B.E or B.Tech in any Discipline) or Medicine (MBBS / BDS) in any College or Institution under West Bengal. Students having confirm admission in First Year during 2022 onward for the above full time Degree Course. Certificate Course Students are not eligible for Finical Assistant / Scholarship. 

Age limit - should be below than 25 years as on 2022.

Family Income - Applied Students Family Income should be not more than Rs.75000/ per Annual. Applicant must be submit Income Proof Document.

Scholarship Amount:

Selected Students as per their Merit based on the Academic Performance will be shortlisted. Shortlisted Students will be given Scholarship Amount Of Rs.24000/ per Every Year with affected from the Year of Admission through Demand Draft (Bank Account of Eligible Student) in favour of Applicant. 

Application of Renewal Candidates:
Selected candidates for Financial Assistant of will be required to Submit their Document & Result of Current Year (2022). Students must be Scored Minimum Marks of 45% in Course of General / Professional Discipline or the Minimum Pass Marks, Whichever is more or 55% a CGPA of 6.0 in Course of Technology / Medicine in The Semester or Annual Examination for the Continuation of Scholarship Amount / Financial Assistant. If Students not full fill the Eligibility Criteria as per Above the Board of Trustees will be Canceled of Scholarship Amount.

Process of Renewal of Scholarship:

• A separate Application form (For Renewal) of the Birla Scholarship my be notified in the due course, in any event a recipient Submit Application with attaching Requisite Documents and Send by Post to the Address of - The Board of Trustees, Madhav Prasad Birla Apex Charitible Trust, c/o South Point High School, 82/7A, Ballygunge Place, Kolkata- 700019. The Application should be reached within 20 days of Declaration of Result / Renewal of Scholarship Application. List of Encloser for Application Renewal is -
• Previous Year Receipt of Scholarship Document.
• Current Year / Semester Result (Duly Attested by Head of Department)
• Recommendation from the Head of the Institution.

Application of Fresh Candidates:

• Applicant must be fulfill the eligibility criteria and Send Application through Online or Offline. Candidates must be required to Submit Attested Photocopy by the officer of (Gazetted officer of Central or State Government / MP / SDO / Principal or Headmaster of recognized School  or College / BDO / Panchayet Officer). List of Enclosures (Attested Photocopy) with New Application will be given below-
• Recent Colour photograph (3.5 x 3.5)
• Photo Identity Proof.
• Residential Proof of Applicant Father / Mother.
• Mark Sheet of the Applicant (Higher Secondary or Equivalent Examination)
• Proof of Rank in the Qualifying Examination (if any)
• Proof of Admission in the Institute.
• BPL / Red Card (If any)
• PH certificated (If any)
• Certificated of Special Achievement.
• Certificated from competent authority regarding Family Income being below Rs.75000/ per Annual.
• Income Affidavit (Download Link is given below).
