Eligibility Criteria:
Online application are invited from students domiciled in West Bengal pursuing Technical and Professional course (Medical / Engineering / Law / Nursing / Diploma / Management / BCA / MCA etc).
Applicant required age should be not more than 32 years.

Annual Family Income & Rate of Interest:
Both Male & Female Candidates 3% Interest - for Family Income upto Rs. 81000 annual (for Rural Area) / for Family income upto Rs. 103000 annual (for Urban Area).
For Male Candidates 8% Interest - for Family Income from Rs. 81001 to Rs. 600000 annual (for Rural Area) / for Family income from Rs. 103001 to Rs. 600000 annual (for Urban Area).
For Female Candidates 5% Interest - for Family Income from Rs.81001 to Rs. 600000 annual (for Rural Area) / for Family Income from Rs. 103001 to Rs. 600000 annual (for Urban Area).

Application Process:
Applicant can registered online at www.wbmdfc.net. The student must take a print out of the application, get the same verified by the institution and forward with the following enclosure to WBMDFC Head Office / Respective District Office Minority Affairs (DoMA) by hand / post.

Fee Structure, Duration of the Course, Bona Fide Certificate from respective institution.
Age Proof (Madhyamik Admit Card / Passport / Voter ID card etc.)
