WBSED NMMSE 2022:

National Means Cum Merit Scholarship Examination, 2022 (for the Student studying in Class VIII) will be held on 2022 at different centres of West Bengal, Directorate of School Education, West Bengal will conducted the said examination.

WBSED NTSE 2022:

State Level National Talent Search Examination 2022, for students of class X or for those who will appear the 10th Level Examination, 2022 through ODL mode will be held on 2022 in the different centres in the State of West Bengal. Directorate of school Education , West Bengal, 7th Floor, Salt Lake City, Kolkata- 700091 will conducted the said examination.

Eligibility Criteria:

For NMMSE Scholarship Examination 2022 - Students of Class VIII who secured 55% above marks in the final examination of class VII are eligible to appear in the central sponsored NMMSE Examination, 2022 for Class 8th. 5% of Relaxation to SC, ST, PH candidates.

Applicant parental income should be below Rs.150000/ per annum form all sources. Income certificate to be uploaded.

For NTSE Scholarship Examination 2022 - Students of class X of any afflicted and recognized Schools or WBBSE / WBBME / ICSE / CBSE in West Bengal securing 50% and above marks (40% and above marks for SC / SAT / PH) in the final examination of class IX are eligible to appear at State Level NTSE 2022

How to Apply:

For Application in National Means cum Merit Scholarship 2022 & National Talent Search Examination 2022 applicant required to visit on official portal- scholarships.wbsed.gov.in

1. Click on New User Register here link and filled up the personal details along with one mobile number and register. A Registration number will be generated which should be noted down along with the password given for future login to the system.
2. Log in your account using Registration number and Password.
3. Edit the form and fill in other details and upload scanned copy of your passport size photograph. The image file for photograph should be in jpeg / jpg format and maximum size limit in 20 KB. Save the form. The Form may be edited till it is locked by you.
4. Once the form is complete and correct with all particulars , the same should be locked. A print out of the Filled in application along with the format for certificate from the Head of the School / Institution (HOI) should be taken out.
5. Applicant has to take out the printed application form and certificate format along with copies of other necessary documents below to the Head of School / Institution where he / she is studying and get the certificate signed with official seal and upload the signed certificate to his / her account along with scanned copies of - caste certificate issued by the Competent Authority (if applicable)& Disability Certificate and above disability must be certified by the competent medical Board of there State Govt / Central l Govt, if applicable duly signed
