Required Document For Applying SC / ST / OBC Certificate:

Check list of required documents for issuance of Form Iin r/o SC/ST certificates

1. 10th Admit/Mark Sheet/ School certificate of applicant.
2. Adhar card of applicant/father.
3. Ration Card/Voter ID card of applicant.
4. Birth certificate of applicant.
5. 3 copies of attested recent passport size photograph of applicant.
6. Ration Card/Voter ID card of applicant’s father.
7. Preferably any document of parents/ancestors of applicant proving settlement in West Bengal as per requirement of the relevant Act/ Rule and orders.
8. Caste certificate of any relative having blood relation with applicant from paternal side and proof of such relation with genealogical tree/chart.
