Acharya Girish Chandra Bose College, Kolkata: 

The Governing Body of Bangabasi College of Commerce had unanimously resolved to change the name of the College in the GB Meeting held on 5th May, 2004 and the changed name will be Acharya Girish Chandra Bose College (formerly Bangabasi College of Commerce) so as to mark deep respect to Acharya Girish Chandra Bose, the founder of Bangabasi College.

B.Com. Honours in - Accountancy

Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates who have passed H.S or its equivalent examination (10+2) from WBCHSE / NIOS / IGNOU / ICSE / ISC / CBSE / Rabindra Mukta Vidyalaya / Netaji Open University or others Board / Council recognised by Calcutta University in 2022 are eligible for application.

Students Passing 10+2 level Vocational course may apply for admission to this college for session 2022 in appropriate undergraduate.

Seat Reservation:

Reservation of seats for SC, ST, OBC A, OBC B and Physically Challenged candidates will be accordance to the existing rules of the Government of West Bengal. A certificate from the competent authority must be produced during counselling for claiming such reservation. No application will be allowed to take advantage of more than one quota of reservation. Candidates having all cast & category certificate issued by the States other than West Bengal will be treated as General category.

Application Fee:

The application will be considered invalid without payment of application fee (Including Bank Transaction Charge) to the Bank of Account of College either Online (through Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking) or Offline (Bank Challan).

Merit List:
