Ananda Chandra Training College established in 1958, is a Government sponsored College under the University of North Bengal. In is Located on the bank of the Karola River, in the South Eastern Part of Jalpaiguri Town.

Eligibility Criteria:

Applicants must be Graduate from any recognised Indian university

Candidates applying for B.Ed course require 50% in aggregate in Graduation / P.G level (45% in aggregate for SC & ST) applicable for both deputed and fresher candidates. (As per norms of the NCTE).

Out of 100 seats 50% are allotted for deputed candidates, and 50% for fresher candidates

5% seats are reserved for the candidates from other Universities.

Application Fee:

The Application will be considered invalid without payment of application fee (Including bank Transaction Charge) to the Bank of Account of College either Online (through Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking) or Offline (Bank Challan).

Merit List:

The Merit list of valid applicant will be published online website of college on date as per the published admission scheduled the Merit list will be prepared in  the descending order of merit index. In case of tie, precedence will be given to higher subject marks, wherever applicable.

1. Matriculation or S.F. / Madhyamik, H.S. Certificate in original.
2. Other certificate, Diploma, Marksheet etc. in original.
3. University Registration Certificate (NBU).
4. Two copies of passport size photograph.
5. Original copy of approval letters (for Deputed Candidaates).
6. SC / ST / Handicapped Certificate.
7. Migration Certificate (applicable for the candidates of other Universities).
8. Two following documents should be submitted by the deputed teachers along with the application form.
9. Deputation form.
10. Copy of the recognition memo of school (in case of Junior High School) Index No. of the School (High & H.S. School).
