Eligibility Criteria:
Age - Candidates must have born on or before 01.06.2000.
Educational Qualification (For WBCHSE & Other Boards) - Must have passed Higher Secondary examination with English, Physics, Chemistry & Biology securing at least 50% marks (For General &OBC candidates) / 40% Marks (SC / ST / PH Candidates) in aggregate in the aforesaid subjects.
Educational Qualification (For WBSCTVESD Vocational Stream) - Must have passed Higher Secondary examination securing at east 50% (For General & OBC) / 40% (For SC / ST / PH) with Comparative English with compulsory AG (3) Course subjects with 2 (Two) Vocational papers - Paper-I (any one of PLPT, HNMG, CAVC) & paper-II (any one of CFAV, MRCL, MAAP, FRCL) related to Agriculture & Horticulture.
Application Fee:
The application fee is Rs.600 (For General & OBC / Sports) candidates and Rs.150 (For SC / ST / PH) candidates. The application fee may be paid thorough Online & Offline Mode. Only single application shall cover all the course in all the campuses of the University.
Required Enclosers:
A Provisional merit List & Final Merit list will be prepared by BCKV Admission committee. Then eligible Merit list candidates call for Counselling. Required Document list for Counselling is given below-
The attested copy of H.S Mark Sheet (both Side) & Age Proof certificate (Madhyamik Admit Card).
The attested copy of recent Medical certificated (not more than 6 months old) from proper authority for physically handicapped persons along with Certificate from An Ophthalmologist (Original copy) to rule out refractive errors & Colour blindness.
The Attested copy of certificated ( SC / ST / OBC A / OBC B / Sports) of the competent authority under which candidates applied for.
The attested copies of Sports proficiency certificates ( at least inter district level) of the competent authority.
The attested photocopy of the domicial certificate issued by the Competent authority (Chairman, Municipality / Pradhan Gram panchayat / B.D.O / S.D.O).
The attested copy of Voter Identity card issued by the Election Commission in favor of the candidates or his parent (if any).
The attested copy of Blood Electroscopes (Thalassaemia) test report.
Process for Apply Online:

- Fill in the online application for carefully with all relevant details.
- Upload Photograph in JPEG file format (Imaze size 2.5 x 3.5 cm and Fill size should not exceed 40 KB).
- Make online payment instantly or offline payment of application fee at any branch of UBI by generating the Challan Online.
- One SMS will be sent automatically by the system at your Mobile no. and also confirmation email will be send to your email id.
- Application process is complete after successful submission of application fee.

1. All relevant documents issued by the WBJEE Board including WBJEE enrolment No. and WBJEE rank card.
2. Mark sheets and Certificate (Madhyamik/ 10th level and H.S./ 10+2 level).
3. Date of Birth Certificate.
4. Character Certificate from the concern institutes/ schools starting the total marks obtained by the applicant in Higher Secondary Examination in original and not older than six months.
5. Income Certificate of parents/ guardians issued by the employer in case of those who are under employment and the same issue by the competent authority in case of those who are under self employment.
6. Voter Identity Card (EPIC) and Adhaar cards of the candidates or his/her parents.
7. Below poverty level certificate, if any, issued by the concerned authority of the Government of West Bengal.
8. Appropriate Medical fitness Certificate in original.
9. Domicile certificate issued by the Competent Authority (Chairman, Municipality/ Pradhan, Gram Panchayat/ B.D.O/ S.D.O) [Compulsory in case of reserved category
10. Blood Electrophoresis (Thalasssaemia) test report.
