Details of Course & Seat Capacity :

The Bachelor of Laws is a full time 5 years semester system course intake capacity of 120 seats.

Eligibility Criteria:

The admission to the Bachelor of  Laws course is done following the merit list prepared on the basis of the Entrance Examination conducted by the University of Calcutta. Any person passed H.S (10++2) examination with minimum 45% (40% in case of SC, S.T, and P.H) marks in agregate will be eligible for admission to the B.A.LL.B Course.

Seat Reservation:

Reservation of seats for all cast & category Deputed Candidates and physically Challenged candidates will be accordance to the existing rules of the Government of West Bengal. A certificate from the competent authority must be produced during counselling for claiming such reservation. No application will be allowed to take advantage of more than one quota of reservation. Candidates having all cast & category certificate issued by the State other than West Bengal will be treated as general category.

Application Fee:

The Application will be published online website of college on date as per the published admission scheduled, teh Merit list will be prepared in the descending order of merit index. In case of tie precedence will be given to higher subject marks wherever applicable.
