Eligibility Criteria :
Candidates from Science and Humanities stream with at least 55% marks in B.Ed. / B.Ed. (Science) examination are eligible to apply. Relaxation of marks for Sc/ ST/ Others will be as per government rules.

Educational Qualification :

Fresher / NRI Candidates with minimum 55% marks at Regular B.Ed from any NCTE recognized institution are eligible to apply.

Selection Process :

Selection of candidates for fresh category will be made on the basic of marks obtained in B.Ed Examination.

How to Apply Process :

Applicant required to Download Burdwan University M.Ed Application Form 2022 in official portal www.buruniv.ac.in. Duly filled in downloaded application forms along with self attested photocopies of mark sheets of all the public examinations passed including age certificate must be submitted to the Office of the Secretary, Faculty Council (Arts etc.) at Composite arts Building, 3rd Floor, Golapbag, B.U Campus. Applications sent by post will not be accepted. Period of submission of forms is from 2022 (Except Saturdays, Sundays and University Holidays ) between 11 am & 3 pm along with a demand draft of Rs.500 drawn in favour of the Finance Officer, The University of Burdwan, payable at Burdwan. Applicant must be enclosed Proof of NCTE recognition of the college where from the candidates passed B.Ed Examination is to be enclosed.

M.Ed Merit List Preparation & Admission :

First Merit List including waiting list will be published on 2022. Candidates selected in the First Merit List will be required to take admission to the course on 2022 (Reporting Time 11am to 4pm) on production of Original copies of their credentials and requisite fees at A.B.S Academy, Sagarbhanga, Durgapur- 713211 (W.B).
