Eligibility Criteria:
For B.Sc Honours in Food & Nutrition Course - Candidates must have 50% aggregate marks in Honours Course & 45% marks in subject or related subjects are eligible. For SC/ST/PC candidates in Both Honours Course be 40% marks.
for B.Sc Honours in Human Studies - Candidate must have obtained minimum 50% marks in aggregate and related subject combination at HS level should be Sociology / Psychology / Education / Home Management / Physics & Chemistry / Chemistry & Biology. For SC/ST/PC candidates in both Honours course be 40% marks in HS.

Selection Procedure & Admission Rules:
Selection of candidates applied for Home Science course will be made in order of merit on the basic of total marks obtained of the best four subject in High Secondary (10+2) examination and for admission to B.Sc Human Development Honours course the merit list will be prepared on the basic of total marks obtained of the best four subject other than EVS in 10+2 examination.
For Admission to B.Sc Food & Nutrition Honours course the merit list will be prepared on the basic of total marks of the best four subjects along with the marks obtained in chemistry paper other than EVS in 10+2 examination

Reservation of Seats:
Reservation of Seats for SC candidates is 22%, ST candidates 6%, OBC Candidates (A & B) is 6%, Physically Challenged candidates 3% seats.

Application Fees:
Application Fee is Rs.100 For General & OBC candidates or Rs.50 for SC / ST / PC candidates.
The applications fee can be paid through State Bank Collect online Banking (Credit Card / Debit card / Net Banking) from anywhere. Submission of Application Form:
After online submission of application a print copy of the downloadable application form along with self attested copies of Madhyamik Admit Card & HS Marksheet and payment receipt in the office of the Secretary at 20B & 20E Judges Court Road, Alipore, Kolkata - 700027, within 2021  between 11 am to 4 pm. Original Mark Sheet should be shown during submission of forms.
