Chhatna Chandidas Mahavidyalaya was established on 1972. It is basically a rural college was set up on 4th January in 1972 in a remote village Khujutipara under Bolpur Sub Division in the district of Birbhum of West Bengal. It is a government aided college afflicted under the University of NBurdwan. The name of the college takes after to spread and promote the message (Oh man Listen, Man is only truth, nothing above him) of the poet of humanity. Chandidas Mahavidyalaya is committed to impart value based and scientific education to its students, coming from economically and socially backward and minority families, situated in the rural areas, so that and enlightened, integrated and prosperous society can be built. The mission of our college is to ensure value based sustainable and quality education with a view to build self confidence among the students and inject energy and vigor to help them to learn grow and evolve.

Eligibility Criteria:

Candidate who have passed H.S or its equivalent examination (10+2) from WBCHSE / NIOS / IGNOU / ICSE / ISE / CBSE / Rabindra Mukta vidyalaya / Netaji Subhas Open University or other boards / councils recognized by the university of Burdwan in 2022 are eligible for application.

Student passing 10+2 level with Vocational Engineering and Technology / Vocational Business and Commerce may apply for admission to this for the session 2022 in appropriate Undergraduate.

Seat Reservation:

Reservation of seats for SC / ST / OBC A & B and Physical Handicap candidate will be accordance to the existing rules of the government of West Bengal. A Certificate from the competent authority must be produced during counseling for claiming such reservation. No Application will be allowed to take advantage of more than one quota of reservation. Candidate having SC / ST / OBC A & B certificate issued by the states other than West Bengal will be treated as General Category for Admission.

Application Fee:

The application will be considered invalid without payment of application fee ( including bank transaction charge) to the bank of account of college either online (trough Debit card / Credit card) or Offline ( in any branch of SBI).

The Merit list of valid application will be published online website of college on date as per the published admission scheduled, the merit list lists will be prairie in the descending order of merit index. in cash of a tie, precedence will be given to higher subject marks. wherever applicable.

Counselling:

Student must have bring the print copy of the application form, Application Fee receipt, madhyamik admit card, Madhyamik & H.S result, Character certificate from last attendant school, Cast Certificate, Physical Handicap certificate or all equivalent papers wherever applicable along with all originals to the college during verification of documents, counselling for approval to admission.
