Candidates Requited to pay Application Fee of Rs.400 for General & OBC candidates / Rs.200 for Reserved category (SC / ST) candidates or Rs.160/. for PD Candidates with Extra bank Charges. Applicant required to Pay Application Fee through Online (using Credit Card / Net banking / Debit Card) or Pay through University cash Counter.
At the time of Admission, all the relevant original Documents are to be produced to the office for verification. After verification, the Office will issue a Fee book through Which the Finance Branch will receive the Fees at the Cash Counter.

General Information:
As per West Bengal Government Rules, there shall be reservation of 60% seats in each course for candidates who have Graduation with Honours in the Respective subject from Home University (kalyani University) and 40% seats will be for candidates from Other University as well as candidates from Home University. candidates admitted from 60% category will not be allowed to appear fro the admission test in the concerned subject in 40% category.
Students of the University of kalyani mean those candidates who have qualifying degree (B.A / B.Sc Honours etc) from the University of Kalyani and have their latest registration under the Kalyani University and have been migrated.
Candidates in the 40% category and applicants course without 60-40 division shall have to appear to Admission Test conducted by the Kalyani University..
The Reservation in seats and relaxation in the qualifying marks in favour of the reserved categories shall be as per the WB government rules.
