Details of Course:
Admission to 3 Year LL.B Course for the session of 2022 under Kazi Nazrul University will commence from the month of July. Admission in Bachelor in Law (LL.B) Course in - Durgapur Institute of Legal Studies & Law College Durgapur.
Eligibility Criteria:
For admission to 5 year BA LL.B Course, every candidates shall have to pass the Higher Secondary Examination under 10+2 pattern or its equivalent examination securing not below 45% of the total marks in case of general category and 40% of the total marks in case of SC and ST applicants.
Age Limit :
As per the latest rules and regulations of Bar Council of India Rules for legal studies.
Mode of Selection for Admission:
Selection for Admission to the course shall be made strictly on the basic of merit, to be determined by the percentage of marks obtained at the Higher Secondary or its equivalent examination under 10+2 pattern. In case of tie, marks in English at the Higher Secondary or its equivalent examination under 10+2 pattern, will be compared. Marks in English at the Madhyamik Pariksha or its equivalent examination will be considered as the third criterian, if needed.
Document Required, At The Time of Admission :
1. A Demand Draft of Rs. 300/- in favour of 'Kazi Nazrul University' payable at Asansol.
2. Self attested photo copies of mark sheets of the relevant examinations.
3. Self attested photo copy of identity proof.
4. Certificates of SC/ST/Differently Able (PH), if any, against admission under reserved category.
