New Alipore College :

New Alipore College started its journey on 5th August 1963 as a Government Sponsored Co-educational Degree College affiliated to University of Calcutta. Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates who have passed H.S or its equivalent examination (10+2) from WBCHSE / NIOS / IGNOU / ICSE / ISC / CBSE / Rabindra Mukta Vidyalaya / Netaji Open University or Others Board / Council recognised by Calcutta University in 2022 are eligible for application.

Students Passing 10+2 level Vocational course may apply for admission to this college for session 2022 in appropriate undergraduate.

Seat Reservation:

Reservation of seats for SC, ST, OBC A, OBC B and Physically Challenged candidates will be accordance to the existing rules of the Government of West Bengal. A certificate from the competent authority must be produced during counselling for claiming such reservation. No application will be allowed to take advantage of more than one quota of reservation. Candidates having all cast & category certificate issued by the States other than West Bengal will be treated as General category.

The Merit list of valid application will be published online website of college on date as per the published admission scheduled, the Merit list lists will be prepared in teh descending order of merit index. In case a tie, precedence will be given to higher subject marks, wherever applicable. 

Counseling:

Students Must have bring the print copy of Application Form, Application Fee receipt, Madhyamik Admit Card, Madhyamik & H.S mark sheet (Original & Xerox Copy), Character Certificate form last attendant school, Cast Certificate, Physically Handicapped Certificate, or all  equivalent papers wherever applicable along with all original to the college during verification of documents counselling for admission.

Documents Required, At The Time of Verification & Admission :
1. Original Certificate for age verification (Birth Certificate or Certificate/ Admit Card of Madhyamik or Equivalent Examination where the Date of Birth is mentioned).
2. Original Mark sheet of WBHS or Equivalent Examination.
3. Original Application Voucher.
4. One passport photo.
5. Cast Certificate (if any) issued in favor of the Candidate (Issued by the Government of West Bengal). Application document for Caste Certificate will noot be accepted.
6. Migration Certificate (if any) [Not require for the candidates passed WBHS, ISC, CBSE, NIOS, RMV].
7. Photocopies of all the documents mentioned above.
