Eligibility Criteria :

Applicant must have a Graduate in the B.A / B.Sc in Honours or General Course (in Concerned Subject) or 2 years Degree course with 1 year Bridge Course from any recognized University. Applicant must have studied at the Graduation level as an elective one with at least 300 marks are also eligible for applying.

Details of Admission Fee Structure :

Eligible Students who have got admission in North Bengal University Distance Education Course required to pay Admission fee. Fees are subjected to change without notice at the discretion of the university. Once Fee will paid non refund option for or adjustment option is available. Rs.500 Additional Fee will be required at the time of Filling Examination Form. All fees shall be payable in one installment at the time of admission by Cash / Bank Draft / Bankers Cheque (in case of Draft and Bankers Cheque it should be in favour of- NBUDDE payable at SILIGURI).  Admission Fee as per given details-

Enrollment Fee - Rs.250 (for all candidates).

Course Fee - Rs.2937 (AAY / BPL Candidates) or Rs.5875 (for All Others Category Candidates).

Examination Fee - Rs.625 (for AAY / BPL Candidates) or Rs,625 for all other candidates.

Examination Centre Fee - Rs.190 for All Candidates.

Degree Certificate Fee - Rs.190 for all candidates.

Late Fee within Scheduled Date (if any) - Rs.250 for all candidates.

Process for Payment of Application Fee :

All payments shall be made by Cash / Demand Draft / Bankers Cheque against Challan provided. Demand Draft / Bankers Cheque are to be drawn in favour of NBUDDE payable at SILIGURI. On the reverse side of the Demand Draft the candidate must write his / her name, Name of the Subject in which applicant seeks admission, the Application Form Number (Not required for Downloaded Forms) and Signature of the candidates in full.

Requisite Documents with Application Form :

Applicants required to submit prescribed Application Form with requisite fee in Cash or Demand Draft and Attested / Self Attested xerox copy of the documents of-

1. Proof of Date of Birth (Birth Certificate / Madhyamik or Equivalent Examination Admit Card).

2. Madhyamik or Equivalent Examination Mark Sheet.

3. Higher Secondary (10+2) Mark sheet.

4. Graduation Mark Sheet.

5. University Registration Certificate (Only for North Bengal University Students).

6. Migration Certificate in Original Copy (For Others University Students).

7. Appropriate documents for SC / ST / OBC / PH / AAY / BPL.

Candidates are advised to bring all the Original Copy of Documents of the above certificate carry at the time of Verification. After verification, the original documents will be returned on the same day.

How to Apply (Prospectus & Application Form ) :

1. The application form will be available at the DDE (Directorate of Distance Education, University of North Bengal, Door Siksha Bhawan, P.O- NBU Campus- 734013, Dist- Darjeeling) and designated Study Centres at a cost of Rs.100 only.
2. Others wise Candidates required to Download NBU DDE PG Admission Application Form 2022 in official portal www.ddenbu.in on and from shortly. Complete filled up application form with Application fee of Rs.100 (through Bank Draft) all he all requisite documents submit the DDENBU office or at the Respective Study Centre.
3. The Prospectus may be downloaded from the DDE website www.ddenbu.in and may be submitted within stipulate date and the time of admission. In cases where the application form has been downloaded from the DDE website, the candidates shall enclose Rs.100 as Bank Draft in favour of NBUDDE payable at Siliguri. The application form may be also be obtained by sending Demand Draft of Rs.100/- drawn in favour of NBUDDE payable at Suiligiri to Directorate of Distance Education, NBU, along with self address stamped (Rs.32) envelop (11cm x 6 cm).
