Course of :

B.Ed NCTC Approved (2 Year Course Under Semester System). Method Subject being offered in 2022 session are- Bengali / English / Sanskrit / History / Mathematics / Vocal Music / Work Education.

Reservation of Seats :

In B.Ed courses out of total intake of 50 seats, 25% seats will be reserved for Deputed Teachers teaching for Class IX onwards and 75% seats will reserved for Fresher candidates an out of 75% seats for Fresher candidates, 10% seats will be reserved for the Fresher candidates belonging to other University and 90% seats will be reserved for the Fresher candidates of Home University as per Government rule.
Reservation of seats for the reserved categories of SC/ ST/ OBC-A/ OBC-B/ PWD will be as per the West Bengal Higher Educational Institutions (Reservation in Admission).

Eligibility Criteria :

As per NCTC regulation 2022, candidates with at least 50% (45% for Sc / ST / PH) marks either in Bachelor Degree and or in the Master Degree in Science / Social Science / Humanity Science, B.E or B.Tech with specialization in Science and mathematics with 55% (50% for SC/ST/PH) marks or any other qualification equivalent exam. Application Fee & Course Fee :

Application Fee- Applicant required to pay application fee at the time of Online Registration of Rs.300/ - and Additional Charge of bank Rs.180 (Extra Additional Bank charge required for PWD candidates) through Online Payment using Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking. No other payment mode is acceptable.

Admission Fee :
B.Ed. (1st Semester) -
Rs. 7315/- excluding examination fees (for external candidates)
Rs. 7215/- excluding examination fees (for internal candidates)

1. Visit RBU Online Admission Portal 2022- admission.rbu.net.in
2. Click here for Online Application Form for B.Ed Admission.
3. Click on Register.
4. Registration Form completely filled up with Name, Email Id, Mobile No.
5. Verify & Submit.
6. Registered with Email ID and Password( Password send on Registered Email ID).
7. Application form Completely filled with with all details.
8. Print out application Copy.
9. Payment Application Fee in www.onlinesbi.com
10. Submit the same Application along with self attested copies of all mark Sheet, Certificates and other relevant document and copy of payment receipt to the Office of the- Secretary, Faculty Councils, 56A, B.T.Road, E.B. Campus of the University.

Merit List and Modes of Admission :

1st Provisional Merit list of the candidates selected for admission and other details will be published on the University websit. Provisional Admission on 2022 the selected candidates will be required to pay course fee of Rs.7215 (with bank Charge) through Online.
