Rajganj College:

Rajganj College was established in 2009 at Rajganj Under Jalpaiguri District. Rajganj is an area that has been inhabited since ancient times and lays claim to a rich cultural history.  It derives its diversity from the various communities of people that have populated the region over various phases of history. The myth of Debi Chaudharani abounds in Shikarpur, Mantadari, Sannyasikata, Belacoba, etc, within this region. Bounded by the rivers Teesta, Talma and Korotoa, the folk culture of Rajganj has gained an entirely different dimension.

Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates who have passed H.S or its equlivent examination (10+2) from WBCHSE / NIOS / IGNOU / ICSE / ISC / CBSE / Rabindra Mukta Vidyalaya / Netaji Open University or others Board / Council recognised by North Bengal University in 2022 are eligible for application.

Students passing 10+2 level Vocational course may apply for admission to this college for the session 2022 in appropriate undergraduate.

Seat Reservation:

Reservation of seats for SC, ST, OBC A, OBC B and Physically Challenged candidates will be accordance to the existing rules of eh Government of West Bengal. A Certificate from the competent authority must be produced during counselling for claiming such reservation. No application will be allowed to take advantage more than one quota of reservation. Candidates having SC / ST / OBC A / OBC B certificate issued by the states other than West Bengal Will be treated as General Category for Admission.

Application Fee: 

The application will be considered invalid without payment of application fee (Including Bank Transaction Charge) to the Bank of Account of College either Online (through Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking) or Offline (Bank Challan).

Merit List:

The Merit List of valid applicants will be published online website of college on date as per the published admission scheduled, the merit list lists will be prepared in the descending order of merit index. In Case a tie, precedence will be given to higher subject marks, wherever applicable.
