Saltora Netaji Centenary College was established to promote higher education in Saltora and its adjoining areas. There was a demand for a degree college would be established. University of Burdwan affiliated it from the session 2002-03 and it started with 58 students. Initially college classes were held at saltora by Dr. B.C. Vidyapith. It moved to its own building  may 2002.

The college is named show respect Netaji Subash Chandra Bose on the eve of his birth centenary.

Eligibility Criteria:

Students passing 10+2 level with Vocational Engineering and Technology / Vocational Agriculuture /  Vocational Business and Commerce may apply for admission to this college for the session 2022 in appropriate undergraduate.

Seat Reservation:

Reservation of seats for SC, ST, OBC A, OBC B, and physically Challenged (PC) will be accordance to the existing rules of the Government of West Bengal. A certificate from competent authority must be produced during counseling for claiming such reservation. No application will be allowed to take advantage of more than one quota of reservation. Candidates having SC / ST / OBC A / OBC B / certificate issued by the sates other than West Bengal Will be treated as General category for Admission.

Application Fee:

The Application will be considered  invalid without payment of application fee (Including Bank Transaction Charge) to the Bank of Account of College either Online (through Debit card/ Credit Card) or offline (in any branch of SBI).

Merit List :

The Merit List of valid applicants will be published online website of college on date as per the published admission scheduled, the Merit List lists will be prepared in the descending order of merit index. In case of a tie, precedence will be given to higher subject marks, wherever applicable.

Counselling :

Students must have bring the Print copy of the Application From, application fee receipt, madhyamik admit card, Madhyamik & HS mark sheet (Original & Xerox Copy), Character Certificate from last attendant school, Caste certificate, Physically Handicapped Certificate or all equivalent papers wherever applicable along with all originals to the college during Verification of Documents, Counselling for approval to admission.
