Eligibility Criteria:
Physics, Zoology, Environmental Science - Minimum 55% marks in Honours Subject for General & 49.5% marks in Honours subject for OBC candidates.  
Chemistry, Statistics - Minimum 45% marks in Honours subject for General candidates & 40.5 marks for OBC candidates.
Mathematics - Minimum 60% marks in Honours subject for General candidates & 54% marks in Honours subject for OBC candidates.
Botany, Computer Science - 50% marks in Honours subject for General candidates & 45% marks in Honours subject for OBC candidates.
Biotechnology - Admission will be from the qualifying list in the combined Entrance Examination conducted by JNU.
Five Year Integrated M.Sc - Admission will from the Merit list of NEST 2022.

Selection Process:
M.Sc Course in Chemistry, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Computer Science, Zoology, Botany and Environmental Science - Candidates selected through a Written Test. Marks secured in the relevant written entrance test out of 100. Date and Time of Entrance Test and Admission to be provided in the University website www.visvabharati.ac.in and Bhavana Notice Board. Venue of Entrance at Santiniketan and Sriniketan campus only, Candidates should report at the venue at least 90 minutes before the commencement of the admission test.
The qualifying marks marks in admission test shall be 30% for General candidates and 27% for OBC candidates. There shall be no eligibility marks in case of SC / ST candidates.

Application Fees:
Application for First subject is Rs.150 for SC/ST/PWD candidates & Rs.500 for all other Candidates.
For each additional subject additional application fee of Rs.75 for SC/ST/PWD candidates and Rs.200 for all other candidates.
Applicants pay the fees through Online payment Mode (Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking) facility of Offline Payment Mode (using Bank Challan of HDFC branches).
