Total number of Seats - 60 Seats.
Age Limit - Between 17 years to 27 years.
Educational Qualification - Minimum Higher Secondary(10+2) passed.

Admission in Course of General Nursing & Midwifery (G.N.M) Course in-
Nurses Training Centre E.S.I Hospital, Manicktala - 40 Seats.
Nursing Training School, E.S.I Hospital, Sealdah - 20 Seats.
Seat Reservation:
Seats reservation is applicable as per Government Rule Details below-
For SC Candidates - 22% seats are reserved.
For ST candidates - 6% seats are reserved.
For Dependent Daughter of Insured Person - 2 seats are reserved for both the Training school.
For OBC A candidates - 10% seats are reserved.
For OBC B Candidates - 7% Seats are reserved.
Details of Eligibility Criteria:
Age limit - Date of Birth should be between 01.01.1990 and 01.01.2000 (Both Days Inclusive).
Educational Qualification - Candidates passed Higher Secondary Examination (10+2) from West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary education or passed equivalent examination from any recognized Council / Board.
Other Qualification - Candidates must be citizen of India and a permanent resident of West Bengal uninterruptedly for the last Five years, preceding the date of submitting application for admission to the Training School. Candidates must be able to read, write and express themselves in Bengali and in English.
Selection Procedure:
Selection will be made strictly on the basic of total marks obtained (in Higher Secondary Examination or Equivalent) in two language out of which English must be one and best of three subject mentioned below - Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Chemistry, Biological Science, Economics, Political Science, History, Geography, Business Studies, Accountancy, Sociology, Computer Science, Psychology, Anthropology, Philosophy, Computer Application.
Application Fees:
The cost of the Information Brochure & Application Form is Rs.300. The Brochures will be available against deposition of the said amount in specified Banks, through Deposit Slips supplied.

2 Copy Self attested photocopies mentioning that the candidates resides there permanently or at least period of last five (5) years till date is required to submit at the time of submission of application forms. Income certificate issued from (BDO / MP / MLA / Sabhapati of Panchayat samity / Sabhadhipati of Zilla Parishad / Chairman of Municipality / The Mayor / Councilor of a Municipal Corporation).

- Sealed envelop containing the properly filled in Application Form with all the necessary documents may be deposited by hand in the specified box placed in the 2nd floor of - The Director's Office, P-233, CIT Scheme, VII-M, Bagmari Road, Kolkata-54.
- The Application may also be deposited by hand in the specified box placed in the office of - The Principal, Nurses's Hospital Centre, E.S.I Hospital Manicktala, 93 Bagmari Road, Kolkata - 54.
The forms may also be sent through Post or Registered mail to the above address.

1. Two photocopies -Self Attested.
2. The Mayor / Councilor of a Municipal Corporation.
3. Chairman of Municipality.
Merit List:
A List of selected candidates will be displayed on the Notice Board of NTC , ESI Hospital Manikcktala and NTS Sealdah on around August 2022. ESIWB GNM Merit List also can be seen in website www.esiwb.gov.in. Candidates will not be informed personally.
