Eligibility Criteria:

• Applicant should be an Indian Citizen.
• Applicants should have passed Higher Secondary (10+2) Examination or its equivalent examination from any recognized Board / Council with Minimum 50% Aggregate marks. A Relaxation of 5% marks for the candidates belonging to SC / ST / OBC / PH categories. 
• Candidates required age should not be above 35 years of age (40 years of age for SC / ST / OBC A / OBC B / PH) Category as on 2022
• A candidates opting for admission to a Bengali / Urdu / Hindi / Nepali Medium Institution, must have studied the Language at the Higher Secondary level as a compulsory subject.
• 4% of the seats shall be earmarked for candidates coming from the Vocational Stream Courses (10+2) level, under Any recognized Board / Council or its equivalent, regardless of categories.
• Such Vocational course pass candidates , however shall not be eligible for other 96% Seats under any Condition of backwardness or Physically disability.

Seat Reservation:

• Reservation of seats shall be made as per the following guidelines- For Scheduled caste (SC) candidates 22% Seats are reserved, for Scheduled Tribe (ST) candidates 6% seats are reserved, for Other backward candidates (OBC) 7% seats are reserved, For Physical handicapped candidates 3% seats are reserved, For General / Unreserved candidates 58% seats are reserved, For Vocational candidates 4% seats are reserved.
• Ten (10) percent of the total intake of a self financed Non Government institution shall be reserved under Management Quota. No such reservation will be there in case of a Government / Government Sponsored / Govt Aided institution. In case of such reservation, admission procedures and other terms and conditions for admission, as prescribed, should also be maintained strictly.
• Ten (10) percent seats in DIET Govt, / Govt Sponsored / Govt. Aided Primary Teachers Training Institute will be kept reserved for in service for in service primary teachers, appointed before 03.09.2001 having 50% or 45% (as the case may be) at the High Secondary Examination, if duly deputed by the competent authority. In case of non availability of such candidates the seats shall be filled up from among the merit listed candidates in order of merit as per reservation rules.  

Course Fee:

The Course fee for a Government Institution shall be as per existing Fees structure of the West Bengal Board of Primary Education.

For the Un-aided Privet Institution it shall be Rs.12000/- (Rupees Twelve Thousands) only per Semester in addition to Rs.1000/- (Rupees One thousands) only per month as Hostel Fees.

Selection Process:

Selection will be made through on strongly in order of Merit basic of the percentage of the obtained at the Higher Secondary Examination (10+2) or Equivalent examination.

The total marks obtained should be aggregate of the best five including First of Second Language but excluding EVS.

Application Fees:
Fees for application is Rs.300 for General & OBC candidates or Rs.150 for SC / ST / PH Candidates. Pay application fees through SBI Collecet (www.onlinesbi.com) through Online payment mode (Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking) or Offline Payment Mode (Bank Challan in Cash Counter). No other payment mode is acceptable.

Required Attachment with Online Application:

• Applicants needs to Scan & Upload the required Document at the time of online application. All the Document size maximum 200 KB (only .jpeg format) are allowed. Required attachment are -
• 1. Applicant Self Photograph.
• 2. Applicant Self Signature.
• 3. Date of Birth Proof (Birth Certificate / Madhyamik or equivalent Admit Card).
• 4. High Secondary or Equivalent Examination Mark-Sheet.
• 5. Caste / PH /. In Service Certificate (if required).
• 6. Ex-Serviceman Certificate (if required only pdf format).

Documents Required, to be Submitted :
1. Photocopy of TET-Admit Card.
2. Photocopy of online Application for recruitment.
3. Downloaded copy of information for Interview.
4. Photocopy of Mark-sheets.

2. Completely input data & filled the application.
3. Upload all the attachments.
4. Verify & Submit.
5. If you want too Pay the Application Fee then click on Pay Now option other wise cancel (Pay Now option also available on Home page).
6. Payment the application fees carefully.
7. Take a print out of Filled In Application Form & Payment.
8. Candidates can log in their account by Clicking Login Section any time & Find the Application ID with click on Forget Application ID Tab.
