Eligibility Criteria:

This Scheme will be specific for Top meritorious Students who stood First in CBSE (10th & 12th) Examination. The students must have a Regular candidate. This Incentive shall be given only Haryana State Students Only. the awarded holder under this scheme will not be eligible for any other Scholarship.

MERIT CUM MEANS SCHOLARSHIP SCHEME FOR MINORITY COMMUNITIES STUDENTS

The objective of this scheme is to provide financial assistant to the poor and meritorious students belonging to minority communities to enable to pursue professional and technical course. Under this scheme 257 students belonging to Minority Communities of Haryana, who get admission in technical / professional course and where parents / guardian annual income is not exceeding Rs.2.50 lakh is given Scholarship shown below.

SCHEME OF GOVERNMENT OF HARYANA FOR MERIT SCHOLARSHIP TO UNDERGRADUATE GIRL'S STUDENTS

Eligibility Criteria:

This scholarship will be given to the girl students who after passing 10+2 class with at least 60% marks are studying in any government college. The Awards will be given only to the students pursuing general degree course.

Candidates who pursue their studies through correspondence course / open universities will not be eligible for the award.

A Scholarship holder under this scheme will not hold any other scholarship / stipend. However, they may accept a grant of minority help from the State Government or any other Source.

Important Details:

The Value of the Scholarship awarded will be Rs.300/ per Student per annual.

The Awards will be Tenable for three years. It will be renewed from year to year provided that the candidate secures at least 55% marks in the Qualifying examination.

The Award shall be made strictly on merit basic. In case more than one student secure equal marks / percentage of the marks to be worked out upto there decimal places. The candidate Junior most in gain shall get the First priority.

CONSOLIDATED STIPEND SCHEME FOR SCHEDULED CASTE (SC) STUDENTS PERUSING HIGHER EDUCATION

Honorable CM has announced the Haryana SC Scholarship for students studying in college will be provide an amount of Rs.2000/ per Student for purchase of books and a stipend of Rs.1000/ per months.

Eligibility Criteria:

The students belonging to the Scheduled Caste must furnish the following documents to the principal of his / her college - Photocopy of SC Certificate, Photocopy of Haryana Domical Certificate, Photocopy of Previous examination passed on the Basic of Which he / she sought admission in the present class & the students who failed in the last year university examination will not be eligible for the stipend.

HARYANA STATE MERITORIOUS INCENTIVE SCHOLARSHIP SCHEME

The Objective of the scheme is to encourage the Meritorious students studying in the Government College of the State by giving a substantial amount to them as a motivating incentive. Under the scheme the Male students (General Category) Female Students (General category) and SC students will be given fixed annual incentive, based on their position / performance in Annual University Examination of Main Educational Stream such as Arts, Commerce, Science (Medical and Non-medical) and Education in both Undergraduate and Post Graduate Classes.

Eligibility:

This scheme will be college specific and for Three meritorious students in each stream who stood first, second and there in the annual University examination will be given this incentive. The award will be given only to the students pursuing general course in the Government College. Candidates from Non-Government College and those who pursue their studies through correspondence course / open university will not be eligible for the awarded.

Scholarship Amount:

The incentive will be awarded separately for each stream Arts, Commerce, Science (Medical / Non-Medical) and Education. The students who stand First in the merit will be given Rs.5000/ per Annual, Second Rs.300/ per Annual and the students third in the Merit List will be Given Rs.200/ per Year.

HARYANA STATE POST MATRIC SCHOLARSHIP TO LOWER INCOME GROUP STUDENTS

The Objective of the Scheme is to Provide Financial Assistant to Lower Income Group as to Enable them to Complete their Education.

Eligibility Criteria:

The scholarship is open to Nationals of India only.

This scholarship will be given for the study of all recognized Post matriculation courses in the national Fire Service College Nagpur, Military College Deharadun Students and pre-examination training course.

Only those candidates who covered under Lower Income Group and who have passed the Matriculation or any other Equivalent Examination or any Higher examination of a recognized University or Board of Secondary Education will be eligible.

Candidates who are passed in Matriculation / High Er Secondary Education and currently Admission in Undergraduate (UG) & Postgraduate (PG) Course under various Department like B. A / B. Sc / B. Com / M.A / M. Sc / M. Com / L.L.B / B.T / B.Ed.

Candidates who wish to pursue their studies through correspondence course will not be eligible.

A Scholarship holder under this Scheme will not hold any any other Scholarship. If awarded any other scholarship of a higher value, the students can exercise his option for either of the Tow Scholarships, whichever is beneficial to him and should inform the awarding authority through the Head of the Institution about the option made. No scholarship will be paid to the student under this scheme from the Date he / she accepts another scholarship.

HARYANA STATE POST MATRIC SCHOLARSHIP FOR WELFARE OF BACKWARD CLASSES

The Government of India has since independence initiated a number of steps for improving the level of literacy and education. for this Course Haryana State Announced Post Matric Scholarship   for OBC Students. The objective of the scheme is to provide financial assistance to the OBCs students studying at Post Matriculation or Post Secondary stage to enable them to complete their Education.

Eligibility: 

Only those candidates who belonging to OBC category so specified in relation to the State / UT to which the applicant actually belongs.

Only those candidates who have OBC category and passed the Matriculation or any other Equivalent examination from recognized School / Institution. Candidates required to currently admission in Various UG / PG Course for Financial Assistant.

POST MATRIC SCHOLARSHIP FOR STUDENTS BELONGING TO THE MINORITY COMMUNITIES

The Objective of this scheme is to award scholarship to meritorious students belonging to economically weaker sections of the Minority Communities, so as to provide better opportunity for Higher Education and enhance their employability. The Scholarship is awarded to the concerned students for studies in India in a Government or Privet Higher Secondary School / College / University. It is also covering Technical and Vocational course in ITI / ITC and NCVTs.

The Scholarship is awarded to the students securing 50% or above marks in previous final examination and whose parents / Guardian income does not exceed 2 Lacs. 30% of Scholarship are reserved for Girls Students.

Rate of Scholarship at UG / PG level (For Course other than technical and Professional) Rs.300/ per Months (Day Scholar) and Rs.570/ - for Hosteler.

POST MATRIC SCHOLARSHIP TO THE STUDENTS BELONGING TO SCHEDULED CATES AND SCHEDULED TRIBES

The Objective of the scheme is to provide financial assistance to the Scheduled Caste Students studying at Post Matriculation or Post Secondary stage to enable them to complete their Education.

These Scholarship are available for studies in India only and are awarded by the Government of the State / Union Territory to Which the Applicant actually belonging.

Eligibility Criteria:

Only those candidates who belonging to Scheduled Castes & Scheduled Tribes so specified in relation to the state / Union Territory to which the applicant actually belonging. Permanently setterld and who have passed the Matriculation or Higher Secondary or any Higher Secondary examination of a recognized University or Board of Secondary Education, will be eligible.

Candidates who after passing One Stage of Education are studying in the same stage of Education in different subject of Postgraduate (PG) and Undergraduate (UG) Course.

SCHEME FOR PROVIDING BOOKS TO SC STUDENTS OF GOVERNMENT COLLEGE

Aim of this scheme is to help and motivate the SC Students for Higher Studies. Under this scheme, the students belonging to SC category, who are studying in any Government College (Except B.Ed College) of haryana, will be provided a complete set of test books during their study period in every class. The books will be provided to the students through concerned college library and the student must return his / her books to the college concerned immediately after completion of the course. In case he / she fails to return the books he / she will be required to pay 25% cost of each book.

Eligibility Criteria:

Students should belong to SC category of haryana Domical and He / she should be a regular student of the institution.

HARYANA STATE MERIT SCHOLARSHIP SCHEME

In a large number of cases brilliant students are unable to pursue higher studies due to lack of financial resources. not only this result in their own career being blighted but it also causes loss to the community at large which would ultimately have profit by their services had it been possible for their talent to flourish.

Eligibility:

The students who fulfill the following condition shall be eligible for the award of these scholarship - The students whose parents are the citizen of India and domical in the Haryana State.

The students who pass the specified Public Examination from the Punjab or Kurukhetra University or any other examining body, otherwise notified by the awarding authority.

Scholarship under the Scheme for Post Graduate study M.A / M.Sc. / M. Com / Ph. D classes will be paid without any consideration of the income of the parents of the candidates.

STIPENT SCHEME FOR GRAND CHILDREN OF FREEDOM FIGHTERS PURSUING HIGHER EDUCATION IN GOVERNMENT / NON-GOVERNMENT AIDED COLLEGES OF HARYANA

Objective of Scheme - To honor the Grand children (3rd Generation) of Freedom Fighters, Honorable CM decided that a scheme may be introduced. therefore, for Honouring grandchildren of Freedom Fighters the Department has proposed that the children belonging to Scheduled caste families may also be given to the Grand Children of Freedom Fighters. The Rate of Scholarship is Rs.2000 for as one time allowance for Books and Rs.100 per months for 12 months monthly Scholarship.

Procedure for Filling up Online Scholarship Application Form:

Candidates should read the instruction and the guidelines given on the portal carefully before filling each column of the Application Form. He / She should supply all the required details while filling up the online form. Mandatory fields are marked with Start.

8. Verify & Final Submit.
9. Take a printout copy of Application Form.
10. Submit Application form in the Concerned College along with supporting Documents proof.
